The Cincinnati Bengals made several significant moves during the 2026 offseason, and quarterback Joe Burrow believes those additions have already changed the feel of the team.

The Bengals invested heavily in veteran talent on both sides of the ball. Burrow spoke about the confidence and experience the newcomers bring to the locker room.

"Have a lot of great players, a lot of veteran players who've been there and done that. And that's exciting for me, bringing some guys in here that have produced at a high level for a long time," Burrow said on Sunday as posted by ML Football.

The Bengals reinforced their defense by trading for Pro Bowl defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence and signing Bryan Cook, Boye Mafe, and Jonathan Allen, while keeping their offensive core intact. The front office has been very aggressive and has spent over $300 million this season to trade and acquire elite talent.

Burrow also emphasized the championship experience some of those additions bring and the effect it has on the team's atmosphere.

"Guys that have won Super Bowls, multiple Super Bowls, been there and done that. So, you got to take it one day at a time, but I have a great feeling about this year," Burrow said on Sunday. "There's a vibe in that locker room that we haven't felt for a while."

With training camp approaching, the Bengals enter the 2026 season with heightened expectations and renewed optimism around the roster.

But one question remains: Is Joe Burrow fully healthy and ready for the upcoming season?

Joe Burrow Shares Health Update

Joe Burrow had faced his share of injury setbacks throughout his NFL career, but the Bengals quarterback says he is entering the 2026 season feeling stronger than he has in quite some time.

Speaking on USA Today's Sports Seriously podcast, Burrow reflected on his recovery process after last season's turf toe injury and explained why this offseason has felt different from the previous ones.

"It's the best I've felt in a long time. I had some tough years with injuries and stuff, and it took a while to get my body the way I wanted it, but now I'm in a really good place."

He further stated that the impact his age and experiences had on his current recovery.

"I was able to keep working out and staying in shape, keeping my body strong," Burrow said on Sunday. "The older I get, the more knowledge I have about my body to make sure I'm doing the right things to put myself in position to be as strong, fast, and powerful as I can be."

With training camp approaching, Burrow's health will be one of the biggest storylines as Cincinnati prepares for the 2026 season.

Do you think the Bengals will have a better season?
